There were many names that came before this one. The establishment originated from a restaurant located in Coconut Market Place, in Kapaa, Hawaii. In 2005 we had the place to ourselves, Since it was a well known establishment to many locals, we kept part of the original name "Harley's".

The name "Harley's" came from its previous owners. On May 5th, 2005 we renamed it Harley's Tropical Barbecue due to our tropical barbecue and teriyaki recipe. We were known for our sweet tropical barbecue sauced, fall off the bone, ribs. Many locals favored our korean short ribs and teriyaki beef plate. We've stood our ground for about 10 years at the Coconut Market Place.

Due to renovation we had to temporarily close down, although we couldn't stay away from our beloved customers. We decided to look for a place that we could call somewhat of our own. We have relocated and with the name Harley's Tropical Bbq Steak & Seafood. We are now located in the Puhi Industrial and cannot wait to serve our valued customers. Our Menu has changed a bit, but it is for the better. We hope to see you soon!
